Blonde & Beyond Cancellation Policy
MANDATORY 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
No shows and less than 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 15 minutes past your appointment time an appointment is considered a no show. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Blonde & Beyond policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
If you feel dissatisfied with a product purchased we offer a 14 day exchange policy of the full value of the product (excludes hairbrushes, extensions, and hair accessories).
Service Correction Policy
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer monetary refunds on services performed. Please contact us within 7 days of original service and your correction will be scheduled with the same stylist that provided the service.
